About the Division

The Overseas Employment Division develops policies to manage and sustain labour mobility while balancing international demand with domestic labour needs. The division focuses on improving recruitment, reviewing the Tonga Labour Mobility Policy, creating reintegration programs for seasonal workers, and providing support services to mitigate the social impacts of labour mobility.
