About the Division
The Sports and Recreational Development Division leads sports governance, promotes healthy lifestyles through sport, manages national sports facilities, and distributes grants to sports federations and clubs. A major priority is preparing Tonga to successfully host the Pacific Games.

Our Facilities
The Ministry (SARD) manages and operates two sport facility complex, Teufaiva National Stadium and ‘Atele Indoor Stadium.
